Amy is a pleasure to work with! She understands the challenge of committing to a social media plan while running a small business. I had been procrastinating adding more to my "to do list". Amy's clear, concise plan has helped me reach my goal of more social media exposure! - Alison Tradeport Post & Greeting (Portsmouth, NH)

Amy, the brains behind Social Media Smith, is a pleasure to work with. Six members of a quilt guild sought her out to help us establish an internet presence beyond our website and to spread the word about our annual fund raising event. Everybody in the group really enjoyed working with and felt that we learned a lot from her.

In two two-hour meetings we were able to come up with a platform and strategy to reach a wider audience. In the process, we all learned about some free tools to help us produce and update our profile and cover photos, and how to produce our own memes! We also learned about strategies to encourage members of the organization to upload their content as well. Amy left us with guidelines and a plan to maintain our presence.

We are already seeing the magic of social media unfold as our audience grows! - Deborah McKenna, Rising Star Quilters Guild (Bedford, MA)

To prepare for the launch of my interior design business, I took a Social Media for Small Business class with Amy, which provided a good grounding in all the basics. I needed a bit more help with some specifics, which Amy provided in abundance. I really appreciated the comprehensive notes that Amy sent after our meeting, which allowed me to focus on the task at hand instead of taking notes. Amy provided excellent follow up to additional questions.

Amy is so easy to work with, answered my questions and provided additional information and ideas that I would not have thought of. She is always thinking about helping her clients network, which is so great. - Sally Sotnek, Sally Sotnek Interior Design (Georgetown, MA)

I get a lot of newsletters and business emails and if they’re not easy to read or have way too much information (even if that info is interesting to me), I push the delete button. Here’s what I like about the newsletter you created for me: it is recognizable for my clients...they associate me with the orange poppies and green background like my business card and my brochure...the topics are easy to scan and come back to if you want to remember something. And it’s a simple update on what’s new in my business. - Katina Kowall, KK Remedies (York, ME)
